An antique of magic. The magician shows two sticks, each which has a cord and tassel running through its end.This technique name is Magicien close up .The are held close together, one long string only hanging down. The magician pulls around the short string, apparently pulling the string all over the ends within the sticks, because the long string becomes shorter as well as short string becomes longer. But regardless of whether the sticks are separated, either held similar or crossed one over the other, if the short cord is removed the long cord shortens.
